The Vision Engine is a vision-mapping movement built to help students show up with purpose, persist through adversity, and engineer the life they were created to live. We believe students don’t drop out because they’re incapable. They drop out because they lose their why. The Vision Engine gives them their why back. Through the Vision Mapping Tree framework, students get clear on the lived experience they want — across Faith, Family, Fitness, Finance, and Fun — and work backwards to align their academic and career pathways to that vision. School stops being an obligation and starts being a tool. That shift changes everything. What we’ve built: The Vision Engine book. The H.E.R.E.’S. workbook. A 90-minute live workshop experience. And an 8-week async course built for institutional licensing — so this work can live inside the colleges and universities already serving the students who need it most.
