The Metropolitan Business League (MBL) is a non-profit,, membership-based business association that creates business connections in Central Virginia. For over 51 years we have fostered business development and expansion for small-, women- and minority-owned businesses. When you become a member of The Metropolitan Business League, you become part of a strong network of businesses, government entities and educational institutions. Membership will help you establish relationships that can assist with your company’s growth through referrals and networking. We encourage teaming relationships and assist in our members’ efforts to secure procurement awards. Our Aim: To foster small business success and aid in business retention within Central Virginia. We make every effort to fully understand each enterprise and the factors critical to its long term success. Our Vision: That every small, women- and minority- owned business in Virginia has the means, the ability and the opportunity to succeed. Our Mission: To promote economic prosperity in Virginia through leadership, education, training and advocacy for small, women- and minority- owned businesses.
