About The Skin Deep

The Skin Deep is an Emmy Award–winning experience studio that has spent the last decade asking one question: what happens when people actually talk to each other? Since 2014, we've filmed more than 1,500 conversations, sold over half a million card games, and built a community of over 3 million people across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Our work spans the original series {THE AND}, an Emmy-winning documentary, podcasts, live events, and the card games that have made their way onto kitchen tables, first dates, and therapy couches around the world. What ties it together is a belief that connection isn't soft, it's structural. The strength of a relationship, a team, a community, or a culture comes down to the quality of the conversations inside it.
