About The Unit Agency
We represent creative talent. We work for creative businesses. The Unit partners with leading agencies, brands and studios to help them build exceptional teams. Our clients hire us to solve hiring problems... Finding the right person for a specific role at the right time. We are not a job board or a career advisory service. We operate as a talent agency, introducing carefully selected creatives when their skills align with an active brief. Because of the volume of portfolios and CVs we receive, we are unable to respond to every submission. If your experience matches a brief we are working on, one of our team will be in touch. If you don’t hear from us, it simply means there isn’t currently a role that aligns with your background, we keep all submissions on file and regularly revisit our network as new opportunities arise. Our focus is simple: Help great companies hire great people.
