Thorp Coaching works with founders and leaders who are capable, ambitious and carrying a great deal. Some are neurodivergent; some are not. Many are navigating growth, a bigger role, difficult decisions, overwhelm or the sense that the way they have always worked is no longer sustainable. The work is designed to help leaders think more clearly, increase their impact and continue delivering at a high level without paying an unsustainable personal cost. Thorp Coaching provides: • One-to-one executive coaching • Neuro-affirming coaching for neurodivergent leaders • Support for people making sense of neurodivergence identified later in life, whether formally diagnosed, self-identified or still being explored • Neuroinclusion consultancy • Leadership facilitation and development • One-to-one leadership retreats in Ashdown Forest The approach combines evidence-informed coaching, commercial leadership experience and working with nature. Thorp Coaching was founded by Emma Thorp, an ICF- and EMCC-accredited executive coach, exited founder, former Chief Commercial Officer and board member. Emma works with clients across the UK, US and EU, online, face-to-face in East Sussex and through longer retreat-based engagements in Ashdown Forest.
