About Tax, IT & Finance Synergy

TIF Synergy has a global focus: tax technology and tax reporting are international by nature and so is our work. We are home based in the Netherlands, celebrating 10 years there in 2026 and expanding the practice into Ireland in 2026. We focus in particular on four jurisdictions, the Netherlands, Ireland, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, working through our own team and building partner alliances to cover local territories. We build and implement four tools, TaxLex for AI-assisted tax research, TaxMap for account mapping, TaxTag for document generation and TaxTrack for compliance workflow, alongside advisory work on direct tax reporting automation and Pillar Two (OECD GloBE). We work on fixed-scope deliverables, not open-ended hours. Every engagement is led by someone who has done the work, with a defensible methodology and a deliverable on the table, not a slide deck. That includes training in-house and Big Four tax teams around the globe in tax reporting and in combining it with tax technology.
