Our sweet spot is Seed to Series C businesses, typically from $1m to $100m ARR, where every hire matters and speed, quality and market knowledge make a material difference. We have made 150+ placements across the US and EMEA, with around 25% of our work at executive level. Recent work includes helping Cursor hire its first EMEA salesperson, delivering the successful candidate within 7 days of starting the search, and making 5 hires in 5 months for Unitary AI as the company built out its commercial functions following investment. We have also recruited for companies including Planhat, Vercel, FullStory, Optimizely, Acoustic, Sweep, Anima Health and others across the SaaS and AI ecosystem.
