I help businesses solve the people problems that are impacting their success. I work with visionary leaders to put the right people in the right roles to accelerate their growth. Some times the business comes with existing players and I leverage assessments to understand how they are inherently wired to work as well as measuring their perceptions of the behaviors required for them to be success in their role. When the two measures aren't aligned, we explore the reasons why through coaching and we work to get aligment. When people have alignment between who they are and their role within the ogranization........magical things happen (accelerated growth, reduction in the number of call backs, elevated customer experiences, etc.). Growing and scaling a business is incredibly tough. There has never been a business leader who founded he company for the love and joy of hiring and rehiring, training, developing, supervising, promoting and terminating of personnel.
