Torcon is a third generation, privately held company, established as a general contracting firm in 1965. The company serves clients throughout the New Jersey-Philadelphia region, completing a wide variety of science & technology, healthcare, academic, and commercial projects. Torcon completed its first project as a Construction Manager in 1974 and within 10 years was one of the top-ranked at-risk CMs in the nation. Today, Torcon continues to serve customers from its Red Bank, NJ headquarters and a full-service operations office in Philadelphia. Our overall range of operations have encompassed projects throughout the eastern US, in Canada and in Puerto Rico. Torcon provides state-of-the-art CM and GC services with professional staff utilizing the industry’s latest technology. Our areas of specialized expertise are science & technology and healthcare facility construction, and we also offer broad experience on corporate, commercial and academic projects. Torcon routinely builds innovative facilities that are the first of their kind and we have a hard-earned reputation for handling our clients’ most important projects.
