REDUCE MALE SUICIDE. BREAKING THE SILENCE ON STIGMA THAT LEADS TO MALE SUICIDE.
About Tough To Talk
OUR PURPOSE To Reduce Male Suicide. OUR VISION Breaking the silence that leads to suicide. OUR MISSION We partner with organisations to help them meet the unique needs of their men, to break the stigma and to re-educate on the real issues that are pushing men beyond the brink. Tough To Talk is on a mission to reduce male suicide by breaking down the stigmas that stop men from opening up about the issues they face. We empower male-centric spaces to better engage with the men in their communities, integrating men’s mental health into DEI strategies and fostering meaningful change. Additionally, we support charities and non-profits by equipping them with the skills and resources needed to effectively support vulnerable men. By taking the fight directly to the heart of the issue, we’re creating a world where men feel heard, supported, and understood.
