About Trident Mindset
Trident Mindset is an online mental toughness training program created by Navy SEALs, intelligence operatives, and neuroscientists. Our mission is to make people happier by teaching them to master their mindsets. We created a 12-month mindset training program that teaches you to master 12 mental toughness tactics like micro-goals, focus, meditation, choosing the wrench, and intentionality.
