We unlock the potential in these properties through tailored renovation, re-positioning strategies, and focused asset management. We are a partnership between industry veteran Robert E. We are one of the country’s most active multifamily investors. We manage a $7.9B portfolio of 37,240 units across prime locations throughout the Western and Eastern United States. We continue to expand our reach and portfolio by selectively acquiring, renovating, and effectively managing multifamily properties.
