We run our own platform that covers recruiting, scheduling, quality control, and billing as one end-to-end process, not as isolated tools. Shifts get filled in hours instead of weeks, because 85% of our operational workflows are AI-native: from profile-based matching to assignment planning to automatic replacement when someone drops out. For clients, that means less manual coordination, faster scheduling updates, and significantly less time spent on admin. We also take responsibility for the outcome of the engagement - not just for filling the shifts. Depending on the engagement model, that ranges from automatic replacements and performance tracking to on-site management with our own supervisors on longer-term projects.
