Build Better People, Build Better Patients! We are the Guidelines Based AFib Lifestyle Management Company.
About Unlimited Heart Health & Wellness
Unlimited Heart Health & Wellness is a Lifestyle Medicine company redefining what AFib care looks like in America. Atrial fibrillation affects more than 6 million Americans — and that number is climbing. The standard of care addresses rhythm. We address the person. Powered by Nudj Health, our clinical guidelines-based Lifestyle & Risk Factor Modification (LRFM) program delivers structured, whole-person cardiovascular support across five evidence-backed pillars: nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep, and social connection. Our Collaborative Care Model integrates behavioral health specialists, health coaches, and clinicians — fully reimbursable — making sustainable AFib care scalable for the first time. We serve patients, caregivers, health systems, FQHCs, and rural communities that have historically had the least access to Centers of Excellence-level cardiac lifestyle support. The evidence is clear. Lifestyle intervention reduces AFib burden, lowers hospitalization rates, and cuts the $63,000 per-patient annual cost of inaction. We've built the infrastructure to deliver it — at scale, in community, with outcomes. Unlimited Heart. Where Resilience Meets Action.

Research & Knowledge
Unlimited Heart Health & Wellness published the results of the Smart Beats Trial, which found that patients scheduled for cardioversion monitored their own rhythm daily using just their smartphone camera in the days before their procedure, resulting in a 23.2% to 4.8% drop in symptom-based self-report and nearly all spontaneous conversions being caught by the phone.
