VacantC GO was born out of a passion to give law firms a choice. As a specialist UK legal recruitment agency, VacantC remains proud of the work we do in senior headhunting and priority placements. However, our experience also gave us an honest view of where the traditional agency model fails firms: the volume roles, early-career hires, and positions where a practice simply needs the right infrastructure to manage candidates themselves. We saw the pain and frustration of firms being forced into a single model simply because affordable, legal-specific alternatives didn't exist. Founded by a team with decades of experience across legal, legal tech/SaaS, and legal services, we understand both the pressures of the profession and what is possible with modern technology. We believe firms should be able to choose how they recruit, whether that means managing a role in-house with professional-grade tools or partnering with our experts for strategic hires.
