Van Holland HR is an independent HR consultancy based in the Netherlands, founded by Arend van Holland. We specialise in the HR work that requires both precision and courage: formal trajectories, reorganisation support, complex employee relations, and labour law compliance. Our approach is hands-on. We don't only advise, we draft the letters, chair the hearings, and see the process through to a workable outcome. With a background spanning HR, finance and IT across the Netherlands and Namibia, Van Holland HR brings a cross-functional perspective to people challenges that pure HR generalists rarely offer.
