Vectrix builds specialised AI agents for transport and logistics operations. They work across the systems companies already use to understand incoming work, apply company rules and context, execute actions and involve people when a decision or exception needs them. We focus on operational workflows across sales, customer service, order management, planning, customs and back office. Our ambition is to make transport and logistics operations increasingly autonomous, while keeping people in control of the decisions that matter. Founded in Antwerp in 2024.
