About Verified Human, Inc.
Founded Verified Human to solve a problem nobody else was addressing: how do you prove a song was made by a real person? In a market flooded with AI-generated content, artists, labels, and platforms had no reliable way to distinguish human-created work from machine-generated output. Detection tools guess. We certify. Verified Human holds USPTO Certification Mark No. 99666944, the first registered mark specifically designed to verify human authorship in music and audio. We have issued certifications to date, each backed by a structured review of production credits, session documentation, and database cross-referencing. Every certified work receives a unique certificate number, a public verification page, and a tier rating based on the depth of evidence on file. In April 2026, we filed a USPTO voluntary amendment expanding our certification scope to cover podcast and spoken-word content. The full podcast verification stack is live, including RSS namespace extensions that allow podcast platforms to embed our certification data directly in their feeds. We built a public verification API that any streaming platform, distributor, or podcast host can query in real time. Our revenue comes from certification fees and enterprise partnerships with labels and platforms. The goal is simple: make "Verified Human" as recognizable and trustworthy in music and audio as any other quality mark in any other industry.
