About Versa Solution

Versa Solution helps industrial water, utilities and maintenance teams make better operational decisions using the data they already collect. Plants often record years of pressure, flow, conductivity, temperature, cleaning and maintenance data, but still make important decisions mainly from fixed schedules and raw trends. We provide two ways to work with us: DATA ADVISORY We start with one operational question and assess whether the available data can answer it. We then develop the analysis, model or decision-support tool that the evidence justifies. Sometimes that involves machine learning; often it does not. QUANTARO A read-only decision-support solution for RO, UF, NF and MBR systems. Quantaro uses existing plant data to establish reference performance, identify meaningful changes and support investigation of performance deterioration, fouling and cleaning decisions. Quantaro reads plant data but does not write to the control system. It works with existing instrumentation where the available signals and data quality are sufficient. Our focus includes industrial water and reuse, food and beverage process water, manufacturing utilities and data-centre cooling water. Our work is backed by 15 years of experience in data science, industrial performance and maintenance analytics, combined with a dedicated focus on membrane systems.
