About Westslope Advisors
Scott Francis is the founder and former CEO of BP3 Global, a professional services firm he led from 2007 to 2024, scaling it to $35M+ in revenue across North America, Europe, and South Africa. He guided the company through two private equity investments, eight acquisitions, and a strategic pivot into AI, UX, orchestration, and automation. Under his leadership, BP3 was ranked among Fortune’s best small workplaces. Scott brings extensive board leadership experience. At Magellan International School, he served for 12 years—including five as President—overseeing real estate growth, a $44M bond offering, and a successful Head of School transition. At the Austin Technology Council, he served eight years, including four as Chair, retiring debts, revitalizing the organization, hiring a new CEO, and launching the Austin Tech Hall of Fame. Today, Scott leads Westslope Advisors, advising founders and boards on scaling, org design, GTM, and leadership transitions. He writes at sfrancisatx.substack.com on Artificial and Human Intelligence, process scaffolding for AI, and frameworks for building durable, founder-led companies. A frequent keynote speaker, he brings a strong public voice and strategic clarity to every board he joins.
