These investments allow us to enhance properties over time—boosting both property value and the quality of the homes we provide. We focus on properties with 100–400 units. This size offers a balanced scale, ensuring efficient management and a vibrant community where everyone benefits. We invest in markets with limited supply but high potential. Areas experiencing strong population and job growth, high household incomes, rising home values, and access to quality schools signal a thriving community. This strategic focus ensures our investments contribute to robust, lasting value. We select properties built from 1965 onward. Newer constructions mean modern designs and infrastructure, leading to lower maintenance costs and safer, more comfortable living spaces.
