Thousands of organizations help veterans. Nobody helps a veteran find the right ones. We do. A veteran rarely shows up with one problem. Housing, a job, an ID, benefits, and somewhere to sleep tonight, often all at once. Most organizations solve one of those well and hand over a list for the rest. That list is where people give up. Worth Their Weight does the sorting. Fifteen minutes on the phone and we work out what a veteran actually needs, then send them the organizations that fit, with a name and a number for each. Two weeks later we check whether anyone picked up. When a claim is involved, we connect them to a VA-accredited Veterans Service Organization in their state, free to the veteran by law, and stay with them through approval and after. Some veterans are never going to call. So we go find them, and we handle whatever is standing in the way first. A ride to an appointment. A phone. A week somewhere safe. Any veteran. Any state.
