We want you to be satisfied with SeedOps ("Service"). This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available.
Eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days of a purchase if you have not substantially used the credits or features associated with that purchase. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Credits
Purchased credits are non-refundable once they have been used. Unused credits from a recent purchase may be eligible for a refund within the period above.
Non-Refundable Items
Custom or enterprise plans, and any usage-based charges already incurred, are non-refundable unless required by law.
