3DE by Junior Achievement transforms high school education by integrating experiential learning, cross-sector partnerships, and real-world relevance into the academic experience. Through our Competency-Based Case Method, students tackle authentic Case Challenges co-designed with industry partners—applying academic concepts to real-world problems from 9th through 12th grade. This approach blends rigor and relevance, elevating student achievement through applied learning.
