4Cori Ltd developed a case study in collaboration with Synthesia and first clinicians.

4Cori works exclusively with clinicians and the organisations they work in to create personalised, video-based patient information that is accessible, consistent, and clinician-led. Before and after consultations, patients increasingly turn to Google, ChatGPT and social media to understand their condition, compare providers and seek reassurance. 4Cori gives clinicians and providers a practical way to present their own trusted guidance instead. One short recording session creates a full suite of multilingual video content for new and existing patients. The content can be updated as guidance changes and reused across websites, social media and referrer channels. For multi-site practices and groups, the same model scales. Every site presents consistent, on-brand information, managed centrally and updated once rather than clinic by clinic. As the organisation grows, new clinicians are added to the library, so patients see the same trusted guidance wherever they are treated. Our focus is healthcare only. All content is structured around recognised standards for trusted health information and is produced in line with our PIF TICK certification. What clinicians and providers use 4Cori for: - Building a digital presence: A branded video suite that shows how care is explained, across a single practice or a whole group. - Supporting consent and expectations: Consistent, versioned information patients can revisit before and after consultations. - Reducing repetition and supporting care: Patients arrive better prepared and can return to the guidance throughout their journey. 4Cori is used across specialist clinics, general practice and physiotherapy, from individual consultants to multi-site groups.
