I'm an experienced software engineer looking to enter the sovereign software/cloud market. It's a tough market. Despite heightened concerns in the EU and capable alternatives, few companies want to leave the US hyperscalers. I want to understand why. To do this, I'm creating a little consultancy to help organisations think about platform migration. This is not a business right now. I work on this in my spare time. I do not intend to help you do the actual migrations although that is not something I rule out completely. I just want to understand your world and see if we can move the needle a little bit.
