Active Learning Trust returned to the school year 2026/27 with new energy and growth.

Active Learning Trust is a values-led Multi-Academy Trust that currently supports 21 schools across East Anglia. At our core is a people-first philosophy. We know that great schools are built by great staff, and so we invest deeply in our teachers, leaders and support teams. This investment takes many forms: from nationally recognised training routes and bespoke leadership programmes to apprenticeships and secondments that open up new pathways for growth. We have made leadership development a strategic priority across the Trust because we recognise that strong, adaptable leadership has a ripple effect - improving workload management, staff wellbeing, career satisfaction, and ultimately, the learning experience of all our pupils. We’re in the midst of an exciting phase of growth and development, tackling some of the sector’s toughest challenges through trust-wide collaboration and innovative solutions. Building specialist teams and prioritising leadership development are at the heart of our strategy - and we’re always looking for passionate people to join us on this mission.
