Advancing Quality Alliance (Aqua) shared progress and learning from the Learning Improvement Network Celebration Event alongside NHS England, bringing together over 80 people from across the North West to celebrate improvement work across the three LINs: Mental Health, UEC, and Elective.

Our work is co-produced with those who deliver and receive care, ensuring that every solution is practical, person-centred, and impactful. We collaborate with Integrated Care Systems, Boards, teams, and individuals to strengthen leadership, governance, and improvement. From developmental reviews and regulatory preparation to executive coaching and strategic conversations, we help build purpose-driven, long-term relationships. We listen deeply, co-create solutions, and foster safe spaces for fresh thinking and continuous improvement. Together, we’re shaping a future where health and care services are more effective, compassionate, and equitable, for everyone.
