We help transition small businesses into Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs)—a model that gives workers shared profits, a permanent voice in the company, and ownership without requiring them to buy in. What makes our model unique is that we include the real estate, too. That means employees don’t just own the business—they own the foundation it's built on, keeping wealth, control, and stability rooted in the community itself. This dual-asset approach is especially powerful in neighborhoods where gentrification and rising commercial rents threaten local businesses. We believe ownership should be a pathway to building assets, not just for individual stability, but for generational wealth within entire communities. By transitioning businesses and their real estate into employee ownership, we help workers become asset owners, not just wage earners.
