With the patient’s consent, verified third-party data prefills available fields in the state application. Simplified questions guide them through what remains so they can review, complete, and submit with less confusion and far less manual entry. For many applicants, that means answering roughly 20 to 25 questions instead of more than 200 and completing the process in about 12 minutes. For hospitals, that creates a clearer path from an uninsured encounter to potential reimbursement without adding staff or another heavy workflow. For RCM companies, it becomes a differentiated capability they can bring to hospital clients without building and staffing a Medicaid enrollment operation themselves.
