AnTrust is hiring RF and microwave engineering graduates for an opportunity on Handshake.

AnTrust unites sensing, communications, and validation into one trusted ecosystem. We are a Maryland-based aerospace engineering small business focused on RF sensing systems; RF components including antennas, filters, couplers, and combiners; and fabrication technologies supporting aerospace, defense, and advanced sensing applications. The company integrates sensing, hardware development, fabrication, and verification into a cohesive engineering workflow that enables rapid progression from concept through validated prototype and transition. AnTrust develops platform agnostic sensing and analytics capabilities used for monitoring and interpreting large-scale sensor data, including work supporting U.S. Navy SBIR-funded research for our Platform Agnostic Change Detection for Littoral Environments (PACDLE) technology. These systems support research in RF sensing, signal processing, and anomaly detection, aligning with Maryland’s lighthouse industries in technology, plus aerospace and defense. In addition to sensing and analytics, AnTrust designs and delivers aerospace-grade RF components including telemetry antennas, high-gain antennas, feed systems, filters, and couplers over the 1 to 40 GHz wireless frequency range. These capabilities support prototype development and mission-ready hardware for space and airborne platforms, contributing to Maryland’s aerospace and defense technology sector. AnTrust maintains in-house verification and manufacturing capabilities that accelerate engineering development. The company’s anechoic chamber supports broadband RF characterization and antenna validation, while internal manufacturing resources including 4-axis CNC machining and an LPKF ProtoLaser H4 laser enable rapid manufacturing of RF components and high-frequency circuit structures. Located in Columbia, Maryland, AnTrust operates within the aerospace and defense technology corridor of central Maryland.
