At Anvower Advisory, I work with founders, investors and leadership teams to unlock practical, sustainable performance improvements. My focus is on operational strategy, technology, sales performance and people change – helping SMEs, scale-ups and professional services firms turn ambition and analysis into implementation and results. Consulting I take a consulting-led approach to uncover the real levers of business value and performance, then help leadership teams build strategies they can execute. That spans delivery operations, sales capability, and organisational change – always with a clear line of sight to outcomes. While tools and trends evolve, the fundamentals remain: creating and operationalising a workable strategy, finding and retaining profitable customers, building efficient operations with the right technology, and enabling people to drive the change. Advisory Alongside this, I act as a critical friend to Boards, CEOs, founders and senior leaders – providing challenge, perspective and support on the decisions that matter most. This might mean reframing complex problems, stress-testing plans, or exploring how AI, new technologies and partnerships can open up fresh growth. Coaching Coaching is a natural extension of this. I provide one-to-one coaching for executives, aspiring C‑suite leaders and early‑career professionals, grounded in brain‑based methods from the NeuroLeadership Institute. The aim is to help people think more clearly, lead more confidently and perform at their best over the long term. I am particularly committed to supporting emerging leaders and those for whom progression supports social mobility, combining structured coaching with the belief that leadership growth is rarely a solo effort – it takes a network of support to thrive.
