About Aquafin
Aquafin is in 1990 opgericht door het Vlaamse Gewest om de rioolwaterzuiveringsinfrastructuur in Vlaanderen verder uit te bouwen, te exploiteren en te financieren. Aquafin vangt het huishoudelijke afvalwater van de gemeentelijke riolen op in verzamelriolen en voert het naar zuiveringsinstallaties, waar het wordt behandeld volgens de Europese en Vlaamse normen.
