Ark welcomed nine schools from Pontefract Academies Trust to bring both trusts together as one.

Ark is an education charity that works to make sure that all children, regardless of their background, have access to a great education and real choices in life. Ark serves over 34,000 students across 48 schools in Birmingham, Hastings, London, Pontefract and Portsmouth. Over the past two decades, Ark has incubated more than 20 ventures and helped to develop seven more. These ventures continue to operate independently, working globally to impact 45 million children every year.
