We are a business consulting and community development organization working to improve opportunity for youth in under-served communities. We believe everyone should have equal opportunity for success. Through investment, advocacy and consulting for youth programs we are determined to fight inequity, because equal access to opportunity is key to the future of our communities and country. Many school districts have needed to dramatically reduce budgets for community- and school-based music, arts and sports programs, despite evidence showing increased academic achievement and improved overall health and well-being of children when participating in these activities. The inequity of access to these resources reduces these children’s chances for success, and ultimately impacts the future of these communities. We support individuals and organizations that improve access to resources for children, including adoption and foster care initiatives, with a special focus on the areas of sports, education and music. We do this through direct investments, consulting services and connecting resources and organizations that will act as change agents to build a better tomorrow.
