About Aspect Landscape Planning Ltd
Aspect Landscape Planning Ltd is a well-established, approachable and highly experienced team of Chartered Landscape Architects and consultants. We specialise in landscape planning and Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment for a variety of new developments. Our experience has taught us that the key to successful landscape planning is establishing good relationships and we pride ourselves on a personal approach, often having many repeat clients and project teams. We believe that a holistic approach to new development proposals within the landscape is achievable through considered landscape design and the use of green infrastructure to successfully integrate built elements, whilst acknowledging the planning need for housing and other development across the UK. Originally founded in 2004, Aspect has since become a well-established and recognised landscape planning and design practice. The landscape team is headed up by Company Director, Ben Wright with support from Associate Landscape Architect James Morton and Senior Landscape Architects Iain Candlish and Jessie Jones. All members of the team are well rehearsed and fully experienced in a range of landscape design and planning matters. Ben and James have considerable experience in the field of landscape planning and in overseeing the management of large scale projects and client interface as well as numerous planning appeals. Ben has given expert evidence at numerous planning inquiries, section 78 and High Court challenges with Barristers from Landmark Chambers, 39 Essex Chambers, 4-5 Gray’s Inn Square, Francis Taylor Building, Kings Chambers and No 5 Chambers. Our approach at Aspect recognises the planning pressures for new housing and development, whilst ensuring high quality and supportable schemes are created.
