About Atriz
ATRIZ is an executive search firm for growth-stage companies building a revenue-and-product engine. We go deep across five connected functions: performance marketing, data and analytics, revenue and GTM, product and tech, and ops, placing director through C-suite leaders for companies between $5M and $500M in revenue. When we place one leader, we usually place the next four. The name is inspired by the Spanish word matriz: the environment in which something develops. We view recruitment the same way, the right people are the foundation every great company is built on.
