Ayo, Ltd is currently mapping a specific workflow piece as part of a research project to build an operational effectiveness diagnostic.

My work has evolved over time. For the past 10+ years, I’ve helped young people and emerging professionals build confidence, communicate clearly and navigate key transition points across education, work and leadership. More recently, my experience inside a global HR/Talent function gave me a clearer view of the operational side of early talent development: stretched managers, unclear expectations, scattered ways of working and limited capacity. I’m now developing a consultancy offer for SMEs that brings those two worlds together: helping organisations get more value from early-career talent by diagnosing the ways of working that waste time, create confusion and slow performance.
