Beannchor Group is hiring a Sous Chef for Belfast’s new restaurant Ru to join the opening kitchen team.

Beannchor is one of the largest independent owner operators of hotels, bars, and restaurants in Ireland. The company was founded over 30 years ago by Managing Director Bill Wolsey. As well as personally running several excellent venues in Greater Belfast, Beannchor has a large stable of leasehold pubs and bars. In the first premises that Bill Wolsey owned, he developed a strong ethos of providing excellence of product and service, coupled with careful attention to detail in all things.
