Berlin Museum scanned the 3.4-ton Wilsnacker Glocke with the company algona GmbH using 3D scanning technology.

Berlin Museum is the public-facing brand of Stiftung Stadtmuseum Berlin, the State Museum for the Culture and History of Berlin. As one of Germany’s largest museums of cultural history, we care for collections comprising several million objects and tell Berlin’s story from its beginnings to the present day. The sites of Berlin Museum include the museums Ephraim-Palais, Knoblauchhaus and Nikolaikirche in the historic Nikolaiviertel, Museumsdorf Düppel in Steglitz-Zehlendorf, BERLIN GLOBAL at the Humboldt Forum, and Atelier Jeanne Mammen on Kurfürstendamm. Märkisches Museum at Köllnischer Park is currently closed for extensive renovation works. Together with the adjacent Marinehaus, it is being transformed into a new cultural destination for Berlin, scheduled to open in 2028.
