Our most requested session for partner retreats and firm-wide gatherings. • AI for Business Development and Marketing. Hands-on workshops that show BD teams and lawyers where AI helps, where it does not, and how to put it to work. We also support firms with BDM data and predictive insight, MarTech advisory, and BDM team assessment and restructuring. We do not turn lawyers into salespeople, and we do not sell one-size-fits-all solutions. We help firms build BDM that fits how they work, how clients decide, and how growth actually happens.
