Bicester Vision 's Bicester Motion submitted the first phase of its masterplan to Cherwell District Council, including a demonstration and hospitality space at The Rushes, more employment space at Command Works, around 200 homes at Motion Living, and a new research and scale up site.

There are three important pillars through which the Bicester Vision service is delivered: • Working with Government at all levels to develop an economy built on jobs creation • Promoting Bicester as a place to work, live and build a business • Offering business support for existing and new businesses to identify and overcome barriers to growth
