Biorizon Biotech will participate in the Fruit Next programme at Fruit Attraction 2026 with two presentations on prediction and integrated pest management strategies and microalgae and biotechnology.

Biorizon Biotech was born aiming at biotechnology. From the very beginning, their studies were centered in the innumerable applications of microalgae in intensive and ecological agriculture, developing unique techniques and processes to improve the growth of plants and fruits, enhance their colors and apply physical traps. Another key aspect in these first studies was the focus on improving cultivation techniques for different microalgae and their beneficial properties for a wide range of sectors. The use of microalgae not only offers much faster and more powerful outcomes than other traditional substances used, such as hormones, but also provides the advantage of obtaining results from natural components whose absorption leaves no residue in the plant and fruit.
