Blueprint Colorado partnered with Colorado International Language Academy (CILA) to transform an approximately 37,000-square-foot existing facility into a new K–8 learning environment in Colorado Springs.

Blueprint provides charter school partners the expertise and support necessary to navigate the complex school facilities development process. Blueprint is a nonprofit, full-service real estate development firm that manages all aspects of a facilities project - from site search to design to construction to financing and everything in between. In addition, Blueprint has raised a pool of equity, which allows the organization to invest low-cost capital to help qualified charter schools sustain funding while their schools grow and stabilize. Blueprint also provides strategic facilities planning services for partners, working collaboratively to help align the short and long-term facility needs with their business and growth plans. By proactively identifying potential obstacles, Blueprint is able to identify creative solutions and opportunities in pursuit of partners' long-term facility goals.
