Brainspotting Help is looking for a volunteer to help develop and maintain its Benevity profile, fundraising campaigns, and community engagement.

With more than 150 armed conflicts worldwide and a tenfold increase in natural disasters, millions of people are suffering and at risk of developing post-traumatic stress disorder. Yet access to mental health care remains a major barrier. We, the Brainspotting Help Foundation, provide vital psychological Brainspotting support and connect survivors with mental health professionals. Discovered and developed by David Grand, Ph.D., over 20 years ago, Brainspotting uses eye positions to help unlock and process difficult emotions and traumas, and has proven effective in healing those affected. We believe that everyone deserves peace and the chance to heal. Brainspotting has changed countless lives, and we're committed to making this life-changing therapy available to those who need it most.
