At BrainStorm Therapeutics, we are transforming CNS drug discovery through a human-relevant, more predictive platform built for partnership. We developed an NSF- and NIA-funded, NVIDIA award–winning human brain organoid drug discovery engine powered by CLS Pantheon award–winning AI, integrating cutting-edge human biology with advanced machine learning to accelerate disease-modifying therapy development. Using patient-derived brain organoids engineered with disease-driving mutations, we combine high-throughput screening with AI-driven foundation models to map disease-relevant networks, validate targets, and generate translational drug candidates with the potential to stratify early responders. Our founding team has demonstrated the clinical impact of this approach by advancing a Rett syndrome therapeutic candidate from organoid screening into a Phase 2 clinical trial. BrainStorm is advancing programs in rare genetic neurodevelopmental disorders and dopamine-related diseases, including Parkinson’s disease, schizophrenia, and addiction, with a scalable discovery engine designed to enable high-value biopharma collaborations across a broad spectrum of brain disorders.
