Caddick Construction Limited reached completion at the new St Martin’s Court development in Lancaster, delivered on behalf of Progress Housing Group, providing 92 affordable homes.

We have also been awarded the RoSPA President’s Award for our outstanding performance in Health and Safety at work. This is awarded after achieving Order of Distinction for 20 consecutive years which is awarded for making significant advances in health and safety over the year.
