CEC® is a privately held, multi-discipline engineering firm serving Oklahoma and Texas. Our Purpose to “Get Stuff Built Right®” is driven by the belief that infrastructure exists to improve quality of life and that anything worth doing is worth doing right. Our multi-divisional company specializes in transportation design and planning, geospatial services, construction management and supervision, materials testing, bridge design and inspections, mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineering, and power delivery design and inspection.
