Chain-Sys Corporation introduced a centralized customer Master Hub integrated with Oracle, supported by business rules and dynamic validations, structured, hierarchical workflows, a request workbench and audit reports, bulk updates for existing customer information, and scheduled integration with Oracle ERP after approval.
