We're a national training provider specialising in mental health, suicide prevention and inclusion, based in Redhill. We deliver face-to-face and online training to the two worlds that need it most: clinical and care teams, and corporate teams, from the shop floor to the boardroom. Our mission? To equip HR, L&D and clinical training leads with training that works in practice, giving every person in their teams the confidence to look after their own mental health, support the people around them, and respond well in a crisis. Why training makes all the difference: most people want to help but don't know how. Even the most caring colleague, manager or clinician can freeze, not because they don't care, but because nobody ever taught them how to help. Our training closes that gap, giving your team the skills to recognise when someone's struggling and the confidence to respond well. The result? Fewer absences, lower turnover, and real reductions in the costs of unplanned absence, temporary cover and burnout. Not a certificate to file away, but people genuinely equipped to look after themselves, support each other, and respond well when someone needs them. Our approach: built by people who've lived it, not just studied it. Our founder spent almost five years in an NHS ambulance service and psychiatric inpatient care, and carries her own lived experience of mental ill-health and recovery. That's why it doesn't feel like theory: shaped by real moments, on a call, on a ward, in a meeting, and on the receiving end too. We deliver MHFA England and RSPH-accredited courses, CPD-accredited neurodiversity training, interactive masterclasses, and bespoke programmes built around what your teams face. If you're responsible for looking after everyone else, whether you lead HR or L&D, shape education for a clinical team, or hold the wellbeing lead role, let's talk.
